Customer Support Administrator – 5 week Contract

The Profs is a multi award-winning online tutoring company (UK Edtech Provider of the year 2024) founded in 2014. We are on a mission to help students achieve life-changing success in education.

We are seeking a Customer support Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup Assistance: Call tutors and students to assist with account setups, including password resets, DBS checks, and billing information.
  • Data Accuracy: Identify missing clients or incorrect contact details and ensure records are updated.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to tutor and client queries about account setup and best practices for using the platform.
  • Tracking Progress: Maintain an up-to-date Google Sheets log of clients and tutors who are yet to complete the setup process.
  • Escalation: Identify and prfioritize issues, escalating them to the manager when necessary.
