Admissions Specialist – Psychology

We are looking for experienced Psychology admissions tutors to join our network who can support our clients with applying to university. Suitable admissions tutors will have experience of supporting students from similar subject backgrounds through every stage of the application process, with a particular emphasis on the personal statement, admissions tests, and interview preparation. You will have a proven track record of success in application support and will have studied at a Russell group or internationally recognized top university.

Psychology Admissions Tutor Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal statement support
• Providing admissions test support (if applicable)
• Understanding the admissions process and helping students revise their content in preparation for interview
• Providing high-quality, one-to-one application tutoring to students online (may be the option for face-to-face)
• Quickly identifying students’ needs
• Preparing detailed lessons plans with a methodical approach

Required Experience and Skills:

• Educated in Psychology to degree-level (minimum) from a Russell group or internationally recognised top university.
• Proven track record of supporting Psychology students applying to University
• Experience of teaching in the UK higher and/or further education sectors
• Experience of teaching online
• Experience of working with international students (Preferred but not essential)
