This is a part time, fixed term contract covering maternity leave ending December 2027, however, in an ever evolving business, there is scope for the role to become permanent.
What you’ll be doing:
Month and Year end processes: You will collaborate with the acting Financial Manager to ensure all month and year end procedures are followed and completed to the highest standard.
Journal Processing & Management Information: Assist in producing journals and prepare management information when required, giving timely responses to information requests through document preparation.
Accounts Payable: Receiving invoices, assist with the upkeep of the purchase ledger and associated processes as well as collaborating on team member expenses.
Accounts Receivable: When required, manage the invoicing and accounts receivable process, offering full support on all credit control efforts.
