The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) is looking for a regionally based Regional Coach Developer to join its established team of 15 across the professional game.
The Role
You will deliver the FA UEFA C award to an allocated group of professional clubs, sharing advanced technical and tactical ideas with current and former professional players. The role involves regular travel to clubs in and around West and North West London and surrounding counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the FA UEFA C award to your allocated group of professional clubs
- Share advanced technical and tactical ideas with current and former professional players
- Support coach development across the professional game
- Work with clubs and colleagues across the PFA coaching team
About You
- Experience working within the professional game
- A UEFA A Licence or above
- Preferably a current FA licensed UEFA C award tutor or above (training can be provided)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an inspirational communicator
- Good working knowledge of coach development in England

- Location: Hybrid, with regular travel to clubs in West/North West London and surrounding counties; office base in London or Manchester
- Contract: Permanent, full time
