The Production Factory is a global production agency working across stills and film. We produce high-end visual content for fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, and culture's most forward-thinking brands, creatives, and agencies. From concept to final delivery, we handle the full production journey - bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning, expert production, and industry-leading post-production.
We partner closely with photographers, directors, stylists, and creative teams to support ambitious ideas and deliver exceptional results at every stage. We have offices in London, New York, Miami, Mallorca, and Manchester, meaning we operate on a global platform.
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Assistant to support our social and influencer team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in digital marketing. The Social Media Content Assistant is responsible for scheduling social media posts, supporting our Social Media Specialist with planners, campaign briefs and analysing the success of content with our analyst.
Please note this role is 5 days per week across Big Sky Studios London and George HQ Lutterworth.
Key responsibilities:- Schedule all social posts across our various platforms in line with the campaign and reactive planners.
- Support with wider campaign ideation, reactive briefs and monthly planners.
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and feedback to the social media manager on ways to improve or celebrate success.
- Be a social media consumer – keeping on the front foot of the latest trends and content.
- Prepare reports on campaigns.
- May be required to feature in or assist our Content Creators with studio content creation shoots.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Used to scheduling and planning tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and organise to a high level of detail.
- Prior experience in marketing or social media in fashion or home brands is desirable.
