The Production Factory is seeking a proactive People + Culture Advisor to join our team in the UK.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and support managers with day-to-day people matters to drive a positive employee experience.

You'll grow your HR knowledge, own key processes, and help shape our people strategy in a hands-on role based in our office. This position reports to the People + Culture Manager.
