We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Global team. An omni channel Marketing role that would ideally suit someone with experience across traditional marketing, social, email and events. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to support in bringing to life the brand strategy for the business.

What you need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing
  • A keen interest in fashion, campaigns, photography and film content would be a bonus.
  • Lead on content Marketing – proactively drive our content calendar across social channels and email
  • Support the creation and updating of B2B marketing materials
  • Branding – ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints – website, merchandise, social, events ect
  • Copywriting – confident in writing copy for social posts, emails and pitch decks.
  • Creative – we really would like someone who is confident using Canva. Pitch and Mailchimp and will always be looking at ways to elevate our visuals across all 3.
  • Be organised and a multi-tasker that is able to manage small to medium budgets
  • Great communication with colleagues and teams.
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook and willing to work in team environment.
  • Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Be abreast of marketing trends, innovation and industry news.
  • Marketing support for other businesses within the group – specifically Big Sky Studios.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support the Head of Marketing
  • Curate our social media, planning weekly content, ensuring we have relevant images/films & credits. Posting content across multiple channels & responding to messages/comments.
  • Helping to curate monthly newsletters, compiling relevant content & copy.
  • Supporting with events, such as Le Book, arranging set up, managing relevant social media posts & newsletters, curating goodie bags/merchandise & helping with set up & strike as needed.
  • Helping to keep our website & relevant directories up to date with company contact info & updating our Family Tree page.
  • Work with the Marketing team & our brand agency on brand identity & vision, ensuring this is conveyed to staff & promoted in everything we do.
  • Work with the Marketing team on any new business ventures; from branding & website creation through to promotion.
  • Keeping a breadth of our current work, work with the production team to ensure we have all finished content & BTS, load it to Dominion & keep track of when images go live.
  • Help to keep the company client database updated.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop new marketing strategies & pitch these ideas to management. Support your team on the process from inception to finished product/event.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies/designers to produce marketing material.
  • Keep our website content updated weekly.
  • Support with orders of company merchandise globally, keeping a track of stock & ensuring all offices have the relevant items they need.
  • Help to curate and compile merchandise & products for goodie bags used for shoots, sales meetings or events.
  • Help to keep the design/layout of company templates, call sheets, presentations, signatures etc. up to date & uniformed across the business.
  • Work closely with our management team on sales pitch presentations. Helping to write copy & curate the imagery (working with designers if needed), proofread & edit as needed.
  • Have a passion for sustainability; considering our carbon footprint in everything we do & helping the business to promote our sustainability measures.
  • Upload and allocate invoices to Dext.
