You will play an essential role in producing high-level content and have an excellent understanding of the nuances of creative across photography and post-production.

You will manage end-to-end studio workflows from shoot planning and scheduling through to final asset delivery, while leading a talented team of Photographers, Stylists, Re-touchers, and Copywriters. The right person brings a sharp eye for fashion imagery and deep knowledge of e-commerce.

Please note this role is studio-based, 5 days per week.

  • Directly manage a multidisciplinary Studio team including Photographers, Stylists, Hair & Make-up Artists, Re-touchers, and Copywriters.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance studio culture.
  • Oversee product flow in the studio, resourcing, client communication, and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Lead pre-production planning for all ecommerce and social shoots from brief through to call sheets and shoot schedules.
  • Ensure all shoots meet technical specifications for the website, mobile, and third-party channel requirements.
  • Work closely with the Client and Creative teams to ensure schedules are set and imagery is delivered on time.
  • Negotiate rates with freelancers, agencies, and suppliers to maximise value.
  • Produce regular reporting on studio output, productivity metrics, and asset delivery performance.
  • Identify and present opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Ensure the team adheres to overall brand direction across all product areas and manage all client feedback.
  • Manage any workflow or digital asset management systems, ensuring all assets are correctly named, tagged, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work alongside our Head of Production on the George account to establish systems and processes, improve efficiency, and optimise performance.
  • Provide a seamless support service to all photo studios, supporting our Photographers, Stylists, and Hair & Make-up to ensure they are delivering each brief with exacting efficiency.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement operational improvements to increase throughput and quality.
  • Support in the recruitment of freelance and full-time staff.
  • Collaborate closely with all teams, building collaborative relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with a demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working across creative, commercial, and operational teams.
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising, planning ahead, and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
