We are looking for an energetic Social Media Content Creator to join our team! Someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, knows how to spot trends, and can turn ideas into engaging vertical video content and still. This role is 5 days per week across Big Sky Studios London and George HQ Lutterworth, with possible travel overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts for organic and paid channels.
- Support the social team with all content requests – briefs on sustaining the content calendar for key marketing campaigns, reactive assets and design-led graphical formats; ideate and work closely together to ensure content efficiencies.
- Respond to reactive social requests whether it’s filming in-store for a viral product or a quick graphical post – support with reactive ad-hoc tasks.
- Work with the social team to ideate best-in-class social campaigns, develop on-brand content that increases engagement and reaches new audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends and platform features.
- Support content creation across paid and organic campaigns, organic social shoots, still-life and reactive asks.
- Manage workload and communicate effectively, reporting to the George Social Media manager and Studio Manager to keep volume of requests, time-management and expectations.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation – fashion and/or homeware brands is preferable.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for photography and videography.
- Confidence in front of the camera is a plus.
- Ability to work independently – the Social Team is based in George HQ.
- Communication is key.
