The Production Factory is a global production agency working across stills and film. We produce high-end visual content for fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, and culture’s most forward-thinking brands, creatives, and agencies.

From concept to final delivery, we handle the full production journey - bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning, expert production, and industry-leading post-production. Our integrated approach means production and post-production work hand in hand, ensuring creative consistency, technical excellence, and a smooth, collaborative process throughout.

We are looking for an energetic Social Media Content Creator to join our team! We need someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, knows how to spot trends, and can turn ideas into engaging vertical video content and still.

Please note this role is 5 days per week across Big Sky Studios London and George HQ Lutterworth, with possible travel overseas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts for organic and paid channels.
  • Support the social team with all content requests – they will supply briefs on what they need to sustain their content calendar for key marketing campaigns, reactive assets and design-led graphical formats.
  • Respond to reactive social requests whether it’s filming in-store for a viral product or a quick graphical post.
  • Work with the social team to ideate for best in class social campaigns, develop on-brand content that increases engagement and reaches new audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends and platform features.
  • Support on content creation across paid and organic campaigns, organic social shoots, still-life and reactive tasks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation – fashion and/or homeware brands is preferable.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for photography and videography.
  • Confidence in front of the camera is a plus!
  • Ability to work independently - the Social Team are based in George HQ in Lutterworth.
  • Communication is key!
