WHO WE ARE
The Production Factory is a global production agency working across stills and film. We produce high-end visual content for fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, and culture’s most forward-thinking brands, creatives, and agencies.
From concept to final delivery, we handle the full production journey — bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning, expert production, and industry-leading post-production. Whether on set or in post, our teams work seamlessly to shape imagery and film that feels elevated, considered, and impactful across print, digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
Our integrated approach means production and post-production work hand in hand, ensuring creative consistency, technical excellence, and a smooth, collaborative process throughout. We partner closely with photographers, directors, stylists, and creative teams to support ambitious ideas and deliver exceptional results at every stage. This allows us to connect brands with world-class production in the cities that shape culture.
The role will report to the Head of Production (Fashion/Home Account).
Reporting directly to the Head of Production, you’ll play a key role across one of our fashion and home accounts, supporting the e‑Comm and campaign teams through every stage of production. From pre‑production planning to on‑set delivery and post‑production wrap‑up, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, assisting on large‑scale shoots while also taking the lead on producing smaller ones.
Please note: due to the nature of our business, this role is fully studio/office-based.
- Provide assistance to the Head of Production, Senior Producer and Studio Manager on all tasks.
- Work closely with the Production team on casting, along with the client, to ensure appropriate models are available and booked for shoots while maintaining good relationships with model agents.
- Attention to detail on accounting and reconciliation.
- Support Producers with all areas of administration, including logistics, travel and booking creative teams (travel, visas and carnets, etc.).
- Manage smaller-scale shoots independently with guidance from the Production teams as needed.
- Ensure the studio environment is kept tidy, safe, and well-managed, supporting the Studio Manager to manage health and safety policies during shoots.
- Oversee all post-production elements on campaign shoots, including stills and small-scale motion for online.
- Previous experience of working in shoot production, either in-house, in a creative or production agency or as on-set support, with a good understanding of optioning teams, model casting & dealing with agents.
- An understanding of permits and Children’s performance licensing would be a bonus.
- Be confident to manage smaller-scale productions without full-time supervision.
- Seek clarity when needed to ensure accuracy and high-quality outcomes.
- A willingness to travel as needed, often at short notice.
