THE ROLE
As a Retoucher, you’ll work closely with the Director of Post Production and wider creative team to deliver polished, on-brand imagery. You’ll be responsible for colour correction, image clean-up, masking, and compositing, while ensuring consistent output across seasonal collections. This is a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment requiring strong attention to detail, excellent workflow management, and a team-first mindset.
This is a full-time role based on-site at Big Sky Studios in London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retouch high volumes of fashion stills content for digital and e-commerce use, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to brief.
- Carry out detailed image work including colour correction, masking, clean-up and basic compositing.
- Follow established retouching guidelines to maintain a consistent visual standard across all outputs.
- Perform rigorous quality control, checking all final imagery meets technical and creative requirements.
- Organise and manage image assets efficiently, supporting the team in smooth file delivery and handover.
- Collaborate with art direction, production, and styling teams to ensure visuals are aligned and delivered in line with creative vision.
- Keep up-to-date with software and retouching best practices to contribute to team performance and innovation.
- Support the wider team with image upload and delivery tasks as required.
SKILLS
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with understanding of colour correction, clean-up, and technical specs for digital output.
- Detail-obsessed and quality-driven, with a keen eye for consistency and image polish.
