About the Project

Production Factory, in collaboration with Big Sky Studios, is looking for experienced freelance Creative Producers to support an exciting content project with an established UK brand. This is a great opportunity to join a leading production team and help deliver high-quality stills content across digital and e-commerce platforms.

The Role

We’re seeking Creative Producers with a strong background in fashion stills production to manage and deliver premium content — from initial planning through to post-production and final delivery. You’ll oversee the full production process, working closely with stylists, photographers, art directors, and retouchers to ensure assets are delivered on time, to brief, and in line with the brand’s creative direction.

This is a full-time, studio-based role at Big Sky Studios in London, with weekly shoots. There is potential for the right person to move into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of stills shoots, from sample coordination and pre-production through to post and asset delivery.
• Create and manage weekly shoot schedules, working closely with internal teams and freelance crew.
• Coordinate on-set logistics and ensure all shoots are well-resourced and efficiently run.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, casting, and retouchers to align all creative elements.
• Oversee approvals across styling, casting, props, and retouch.
• Ensure assets are delivered on time, to spec, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Support with budget management, booking freelance talent, creating call sheets, issuing POs, and processing invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date production trackers and reports for internal and client use.
