The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Solutions Advisor to shape and scale how our organisation delivers value to enterprise customers in the EU market. As a trusted procurement advisor, you’ll partner closely with Business Development, Product, and Customer Success teams to uncover customer challenges, translate needs into actionable insights, and align them with tailored procurement technology solutions. You’ll use your industry expertise to influence buying decisions, accelerate sales cycles, and help organisations achieve true digital procurement transformation. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations to senior stakeholders (CPOs, CFOs, Heads of Procurement).
  • Support business case development, stakeholder alignment, and champion enablement throughout complex buying journeys.
  • Translate procurement challenges into clear, outcome‑based value propositions and ROI models.
  • Articulate the unique impact of combining AI, automation, and procurement expertise to drive efficiency and savings.
  • Provide insights into regional procurement trends to inform product messaging and development priorities.
  • Participate in customer advisory forums to ensure market feedback drives continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to create scalable enablement materials and playbooks.
  • Act as a procurement subject matter expert, supporting colleagues with insights into category management, vendor landscapes, and sourcing best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in procurement or procurement consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of source‑to‑pay, indirect spend management, guided buying, and orchestration tools.
  • Proven ability to align customer pain points with value‑based procurement solutions.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders (CPOs, CFOs) and leading workshops or solution sessions.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and how it drives procurement efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Comfortable demoing digital procurement platforms (training provided).
  • Passion for AI, automation, and procurement innovation.
  • CIPS qualification desirable; experience in SaaS or scale‑ups is a plus.
