The Investment & Development Analyst will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Investments and work closely with leaders across acquisitions, development, construction, asset management, and property management. This role is designed for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial professional who wants broad exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investments—from initial deal screening and acquisition through development, lease-up, stabilization, and disposition.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal oversight. We are not looking for someone who requires significant handholding or extensive training. We are looking for a professional who already possesses a strong real estate foundation and can quickly become a trusted contributor within a lean, high-performing team.
This role offers significant exposure to acquisitions, development, capital markets, and asset management. However, it is not intended as a short-term stepping stone. Successful candidates should expect to spend several years mastering the analyst role, developing deep expertise in underwriting, development, and investment execution before progressing into more senior acquisitions and development responsibilities.
