PSL The Shires is looking for Support Workers to join the team. Priory Supported Living The Shires provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community. The support provided by our service is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves. We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
