Beach House is looking for night support workers to join the team. Beach House is located between the Branksome and Parkstone areas of Poole. Our home offers assessment and residential support for seven males and females who have a learning disability and who may be on the autism spectrum. We can also support people with complex conditions and communication difficulties. Beach House is situated on a quiet street, within easy reach of both Poole and Bournemouth.

Our team are dedicated to empowering and encouraging the people we care for to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. We want to support people working towards a level of independence which matches with their skills, confidence and aspirations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
