We are seeking to appoint two Apprentice Pupil Support Assistants to join our Primary team.
The successfulapplicant will have the opportunity to work in a high-quality environmentwith an experienced team of teachers and pupil support assistants enablingour pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The successfulapplicant will join our highly committed team in setting high standards and aclear focus for developing the best possible provision and practice.
Applicantsshould be flexible, show initiative and be able to work closely with our teamof support staff; have excellent organisational skills, good discipline, awillingness to work with others and the ability to think ‘outside of thebox’.
The successful applicant will work in our academy and have anallowance to undertake high-quality tuition and practical training with The Priory Trust Training, to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant NVQ.
We arelooking for a candidate with a genuine interest in a career in Teaching Support.
The applicant will haveachieved grade A*-C in both GCSE English and Maths or a willingness andcompetency to complete the equivalent in functional skills as part of theapprenticeship agreement.
