In this vital role, you will ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of our students during their lunchtime break. You will be a visible, supportive presence, helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and healthy environment where students can relax and socialise.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Students: Monitor dining areas, outdoor spaces, and corridors to maintain safety and positive behaviour.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Assist with spillages and ensure dining areas remain clean, tidy, and hygienic for students.
  • Support Well-being: Assist students with diverse needs, encourage good hygiene practices, and administer simple first aid where qualified.
  • Promote Positive Behaviour: Encourage mutual respect, resolve minor conflicts, and guide students in line with school policies.
  • Build Community: Develop positive relationships with students and staff as an integral part of our school team.
