The Priory Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Technician to join our friendly and dynamic Central IT Team, supporting our family of Trust schools. This role is based at Priory Community School – An Academy.

As part of this role, under the direction of the Network Manager, you will:

  • Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices/software
  • Assist with network infrastructure and audio/visual
  • Resolve technical issues for students and staff

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent team player, highly motivated and a clear communicator
  • Have a passion for IT and customer service
  • Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware
  • Be able to deal with repairs and warranties
  • You’ll need a valid Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport
  • Have experience of a busy, customer focused IT environment
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent
