Strathmore House is nestled in Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent. It offers residential support for 14 males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. Our team is dedicated to supporting our residents to be as independent as possible and live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

  • Lead a compassionate and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
  • Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

What you'll bring to the role

You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it. This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
