Priory Hospital Bristol has an opportunity for a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team on our mixed Acute ward. We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand-new mixed acute ward at Priory Bristol. Priory Hospital Bristol, Stapleton, Bristol is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment service for individuals, families and couples. It provides fast access to treatment for a range of psychiatric conditions and addictions. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Stapleton and Bristol Parkway railway station approximately 23 miles from the hospital.

Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care by assessing, planning, delivering and regularly reviewing care plans in partnership with patients, families and carers. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and external professionals, communicate effectively, and accurately document and escalate concerns relating to patient wellbeing, incidents or staffing. Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge, Bed Manager or Site Coordinator when required, prioritising and delegating duties appropriately while maintaining a safe environment. xgikmsk Support and supervise junior, agency and student nurses, contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement, and maintain professional development through mandatory training, supervision and reflective practice.
