Priory Hospital Bristol has an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team on our mixed Acute ward. We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand-new mixed acute ward at Priory Bristol. Priory Hospital Bristol, Stapleton, Bristol is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment service for individuals, families and couples. It provides fast access to treatment for a range of psychiatric conditions and addictions. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Stapleton and Bristol Parkway railway station approximately 23 miles from the hospital.

Deliver prescribed, person-centred nursing care to a defined patient group, working collaboratively with patients, carers, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. Act as a named nurse, monitor and review care plans, respond appropriately to changes in patients needs and conditions, and address concerns or complaints proactively. Prioritise and delegate nursing duties effectively, undertake nurse-in-charge responsibilities when required, and promote a safe, supportive environment. xgikmsk Maintain professional relationships with patients, relatives, colleagues and visitors while contributing to clinical meetings, supervision and reflective practice.
