Job Description Description \n Priory Lichfield Road \n £70,000 per annum \n Full-time - 37.5 hours per week \n \nPriory Lichfield Road has an opportunity for a Hospital Director to join our team.\n \nLichfield Road is a Rehabilitation Service in Bloxwich, Walsall. This rehabilitation service is accessible by public transport, with local bus stops approximately a 25 minute walk away and Bloxwich railway station approximately a 510 minute taxi journey from the site.\n What you'll be doing \n \nThe Hospital Director is responsible for the hospital's overall leadership, operational effectiveness, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. As the Hospital Director, they will ensure services are delivered in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.\n \n Accountability for the hospital and its commercial performance. \n Leads and manages the Hospital Senior Management team (SMT) across all aspects of day-to-day business deliverables, including monitoring performance in relation to quality performance indicators (QPIs) and managing performance at sites where improvement is required. \n Alongside the Managing Director, maintain oversight and lead on the management of clinical risk at the site. \n Accountable to ensure the service performs to agreed targets for business planning, financial performance (meeting both planned revenue and EBITDA) and quality and care standards. \n To proactively use management information to effectively identify areas of underperformance and to put action plans in place to deliver improvements to the required standard using performance management interventions where appropriate. \Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.\n \nWe are seeking an exceptional leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare environment. n Essential Requirements \n \n Degree-level education and/or relevant professional registration in health or social care (postgraduate qualification desirable). \n Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. \n Resilient and adaptable, able to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and compliance. \You will be well supported with regular career conversations.
