The Priory Federation of Academies Trust isseeking an ambitious and experienced leader to drive the next phase ofdevelopment for Priory Apprenticeships and our Trust careers educationstrategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highlyskilled professional to join a successful and growing organisation that iscommitted to transforming life chances through education, training and skillsdevelopment.
Working alongside the Director ofProfessional Learning, you will provide strategic leadership for PrioryApprenticeships, ensuring outstanding quality, compliance and learneroutcomes. You will lead the development of our apprenticeship provision, stakeholderengagement and management strategy, quality assurance processes andpreparation for external inspection, while also overseeing the Trust'scareers strategy through a network of academy leaders.
Weare particularly interested in candidates with:
- Significantleadership experience within apprenticeships and/or further/adulteducation.
- Experienceof Ofsted inspection and self-assessment processes.
- Experience of leading teams and drivingimprovement.
- Strong employer engagement andstakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to improving the lifechances of young people and adults.
Experience of careers education is welcomedbut is not essential. We have a strong network of Careers Leaders,Coordinators and Advisors across our academies and are looking for someonewho can bring outstanding strategic leadership to this area.
