Printed.com is a leading online printing business. We supply our clients (mainly SME but also corporate and personal clients) with market leading quality printing. Printed.com is about to enter in a transformational period of growth and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to fill this important new role to manage the growth in our organic social media. An overview of the role: Social media is a fast growing and important channel for us to communicate to new and existing customers. It’s a place that we like to have fun and showcase our and our customer’s creativity, and that is also a key brand differentiator with the high quality content we produce. Working as part of the Customer Marketing team, this role will work closely with our Product, Creative and Performance teams. There is also currently a Social Media Intern in place which this role will manage.
This role will be responsible for our organic social media, developing the strategy and the content creation across all the key platforms, with a focus on visual storytelling on Instagram and TikTok. It will create market leading, highly engaging content supporting our brand, as well as digital and physical products. The successful candidate will have full ownership for the output working autonomously with tools such as Adobe creative suite, Canva and CapCut to create long and short form video content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Content Creation: You will lead the ideations and creation of all our organic social content. Working towards both long term strategies and short term trend led actions with an attention to detail that delivers the highest quality representation of our brand and products.
- Social Strategy: From identifying the platforms we use, the customers we create for and the content we create, you will lead the strategy for all our organic social activity. Creating a forward looking campaign calendar that supports our product and marketing calendar, with promotions, competitions and partnerships that deliver against agreed channel and business goals.
- Partnerships: Working with influencers and our customers you will create and deliver commercially driven partnerships designed to expand our reach and engagement.
- Community management: Manage our presence on our social media platforms. Monitoring and replying to questions and comments from our community alongside our Customer Service team.
- Reporting and Recommendations: You will be responsible for reporting on all your activity using native platform tools, and 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics. Ensuring all activity is accounted for and provides learning for future growth and improvement.
- Video creation and copywriting: Working alongside other teams in the business to support in the creation of video and copy content across our site.
Requirements/Experience:
- 3 years professional experience managing social for an e-commerce brand or similar.
- Able to demonstrate strong growth from strategies and activity that you have ideated and delivered.
- High level of experience creating exceptional quality content within brand guidelines and towards a defined goal.
- Experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- High level of experience using Hootsuite.
- Ability to use data and insight to guide decision making, review results and company data, and proactively make recommendations for further improvements.
- Hands on attitude and as happy planning the strategy as delivering the end activity to our customers.
- Ability to think on your feet and make independent customer and commercial decisions within an agreed framework.
