As a print finishing operative, you will play a crucial role in making printed materials into professional products, utilizing precision cutting, laminating, binding, folding techniques as well as other finishing skills.

You will ensure that the customers receive a quality finished product.

  • Shift is 10pm to 6am
  • Starting wage ranging from 25-27.5K depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Execute various finishing processes such as cutting, binding, laminating, and folding to complete printed product.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards and customer expectations.
  • Operate and maintain finishing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
  • Manage workflow efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
  • Handle and organize printed materials, preparing them for finishing processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Print Finishing Operative or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering finished products of the highest quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues during the finishing process.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities throughout the working day.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift 20kg.
