We are seeking a sous chef who is ready to move up into head chef position. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading service, and enforcing food safety. The ideal candidate will enjoy preparing and creating great food and have a strong background in kitchen operations ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. You will be part of our small joyful team to help build our existing reputation for great food.
Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and delegating tasks where necessary.
Kitchen Operations: Managing food inventory, placing orders, and maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards.
Quality Control: Inspecting dishes before they reach the dining room to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.
Qualifications, Requirements & Education: At least 3-4 years of hands-on culinary experience; 3 or 4 Diploma in Professional Cookery or similar hospitality certification is beneficial.
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
