The Principals Group brings together accomplished professionals from across industries, functions and disciplines into a carefully curated Specialist Network. When our Principals lead client engagements, they don't rely on generic consulting teams. They assemble the right combination of experience for each challenge by drawing on a trusted network of proven professionals. Whether a client requires commercial leadership, operational expertise, digital transformation, finance capability, organisational change, technical knowledge or industry insight, our Principals identify the people best placed to help deliver the outcome.
Joining the specialist network as a Senior Consultant means becoming part of that ecosystem. This is not a permanent consulting role, nor does joining the network guarantee project assignments. Instead, it provides the opportunity to be considered for project-based engagements where your experience aligns with a client's specific needs.
How it works
- Complete our assessment process.
- Build a comprehensive profile of your experience, expertise and preferred areas of work.
- When a Principal is designing a solution for a client, they search the network for professionals whose experience best matches the engagement.
- A shortlist is created and presented to the client.
- If selected, you'll be contracted to deliver your part of the project.
Every engagement is different. Some require a single specialist. Others bring together multidisciplinary teams of experienced professionals, all working alongside the Principal leading the engagement.
