- Build and lead a regional network of high-calibre Principals
- Identify, select and build relationships with exceptional senior operators
- Create opportunities for Principals to collaborate and grow their practices
- Represent TPG in your market and help shape the region from the ground up
What You Bring
- 15+ years of senior operating or commercial leadership
- A strong network among senior executives, owners and C-level leaders
- A track record of building relationships, businesses, teams or markets
- The credibility and judgement to work with accomplished independent executives
- The ambition to build something of your own - with exceptional people around you
