St Hugh’s College, Oxford, invites applications for an Access and Participation Lead on a fixed-term maternity cover, full-time 37.5 hours per week, at Grade 7 (£40,501.50 – £49,081.50).
The postholder will develop and evaluate evidence-informed initiatives to widen access and support student success from diverse backgrounds. They will lead outreach partnerships and provide specialist advice to senior colleagues.
