We are seeking Casual Facilities Operatives to work on a zero-hour basis, joining our friendly and professional Estates Department. The department works as a cohesive team to provide a multitude of maintenance and operational duties across the Princethorpe Foundation but mainly based at Princethorpe College.

This wide-ranging role will involve supporting with minibus driving, set-up/pack-down and support of internal and external events, porterage, traffic management and helping to keep the site clean and tidy.

We have a range of opportunities for casual work throughout the week, covering a variety of shifts in and out of term time. Hours and venue will depend on the needs of the Foundation and will be planned in advance or offered at short notice. Please outline your availability and skills in your letter of application.

The salary for this role is based on band D5 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale; £12.88 per hour exclusive of holiday pay. The hourly rate will be enhanced due to the holiday pay accrued for the time worked.
