Required for August 2026, we seek to recruit a permanent full time Learning Support Assistant, specialising in Autism, to work flexibly as part of a team to support pupils who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The person appointed is expected to have an inclusive approach to teaching and learning and will work collaboratively with subject staff in the classroom. This will primarily support learners in Years 7 to 13.

This is a 37.5 hours per week, permanent, term-time only role (36 weeks per year including INSET days). The working pattern is from 8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes unpaid break on Monday to Friday.

The starting salary for this role is D5 to D10 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale, currently £25,106.00 to £26,411.00 per annum full-time equivalent (£19,908.00 to £20,943.00 actual salary per annum) by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
