The Role
We’re looking for a full time Runner to join the team at The Princess Royal. As a Runner, you’ll be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that dishes reach guests quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. You’ll support both the serving and kitchen teams, helping create a smooth, seamless dining experience that reflects Cubitt House’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Assist the serving team to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the pub.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential.
