The Role
We’re looking for a Head Bartender to join the team at The Princess Royal. As Head Bartender, you’ll lead the bar team in delivering exceptional drinks experiences, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring every cocktail, pint, and premium serve reflects Cubitt House’s high standards. You’ll champion creativity, consistency, and service excellence, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the bar team to deliver world‑class service.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, rota planning, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all drinks, from classic cocktails to premium spirits and craft beers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain relationships and source high‑quality ingredients and products.
