Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist at HCA Healthcare UK – The Princess Grace Hospital. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts: Monday - Saturday, 3 long days per week. Permanent role with a competitive salary and shift enhancement.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

Join the Theatre department as a Recovery Theatre Practitioner. You will be a crucial member of the perioperative team, providing patient care during the post-operative phase. Responsibilities include monitoring patients as they emerge from anaesthesia, managing pain and vital signs, ensuring a safe and smooth transition from surgery to full consciousness, assessing patient needs, responding quickly to complications, and providing compassionate care to support the initial recovery process.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • 1-2 years post-graduate experience in Recovery Theatres
  • Experience with Level 2 patients in high dependency
