Chef in Glasgow

We are a well-established charity based in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow (20 Dumbreck Road, G41 5BW), dedicated to providing specialist palliative care for individuals with life-limiting, progressive illnesses, along with vital support for their families and carers.

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic chef to join our team at the bustling Bargacree Café, located within the hospice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, community-focused environment where quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7
• Location: Bargacree Café, The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant experience working within the catering industry.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge and experience of CookSafe systems and HACCP principles.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
