Do you enjoy working with people and being part of a busy shop environment? We are looking for Retail Volunteers to support our charity shops and e-Retail operation, helping us raise vital funds to provide care and support to patients and families across the Five Towns community.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Sorting, steaming, pricing and preparing donated stock
- Creating attractive shop floor displays and window presentations
- Replenishing stock and keeping the shop clean and well organised
- Supporting our e-Retail platform
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and get involved
- No previous experience is needed as full training and support will be provided.
Volunteering with us is ideal for individuals who may be looking to meet new friends, use existing skills or develop new ones, wish to boost their CV or simply give back to their community. We have a variety of Volunteering opportunities and roles available in our 10 local charity shops and e-Retail.
