The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract is looking for a Lymphoedema Assistant Practitioner to join our specialist Lymphoedema Service. This development role supports patients with lymphoedema, delivering high-quality care both independently and with our team.
You will conduct unsupervised clinics for stable patients, educate patients and carers on self-care, monitor outcomes and liaise with internal and external services for holistic support.
