Salary and Benefits:
- £ ,000 gross annual base salary plus service charge (£10-12K per annum based on business demand and hours worked) and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the duties and schedule of the team in the Restaurant, Bar, In-room dining and events.
- Setting standards for sequence of service.
- Analysing data such as sales, guest feedback etc. and making improvements.
- Training the team to maximise sales opportunities.
- Training the team for food safety and H&S compliance.
- To be fully conversant with menu items, presentation, accompaniments and availability.
- To be fully aware of all allergens and dietary requirements on the menu.
- To ensure that the outlets are presentable and always kept immaculate.
- Conducting performance appraisals, training and performance management.
- Ensuring that personal hygiene and grooming standards of the team are kept to the highest standard and following company policy.
- Keeping the team motivated and highly engaged during their duties.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience working in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
- Experience with managing a team including conducting appraisals, maintaining standards, training and managing performance.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Applicants must have Right to Work in the UK.
