The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality standards, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
  • Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed
  • Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence

Requirements:
