Contract Details: Permanent, Full‑time, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

About This Role: Term time only + 5 inset days. Hours: 35 per week; 8:30am to 3:30pm. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with our teaching and support staff to mentor, support and inspire pupils with curriculum and non‑curriculum based learning. Throughout the day you will prepare the classroom, create displays of the children's work and assist with activities. You will support pupils who need extra support to complete tasks, observe challenging behaviour, promote positive behaviour and offer emotional support, and inform other staff about any issues. You will help pupils become independent learners, stay focused and engaged, explain tasks, assist with classroom activities and provide 1:1 and group support, including reading and storytelling.

About You: Trustworthy, enthusiastic, energetic, well‑organised, motivated and passionate about supporting children. Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with children and parents/carers. Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills and a genuine passion for making learning engaging. Adaptability to support individual needs and maintain confidentiality with professionalism. Desirable: experience working with children across the primary curriculum, including those with social, emotional and mental health needs. Commitment to continuous improvement of your own practice.
