Pret Foundation is offering an apprenticeship pathway toward Hospitality Supervisor - Outlets - Level 3 over 15 months, working in Pret shops to mentor teams, uphold standards, and delight customers.
The programme combines on- and off-the-job training with regular catch-ups every 4–6 weeks and funded qualifications, including Functional Skills in English and Maths. You’ll work 30 hours per week with 28 days leave pro-rated.
