The Prestige Group is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager at Roseville Care Centre to lead clinical care for our 103-bed home. You will deputise for the Registered Manager, combine hands-on nursing with leadership, mentoring and governance to ensure high‑quality, person-centred care.
You'll supervise nursing staff, ensure safe medicines management, oversee care planning, and support staff development while collaborating with GPs and other professionals.
