Were currently looking for a skilled and reliable Painter & Maintenance Operative to join our growing team in Weybridge. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in both painting and general property maintenance, who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied day.

Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior painting & decorating

• Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming)

• General property maintenance and repairs (e.g. fixing fixtures, minor carpentry, basic plumbing tasks)

• Identifying and reporting larger repair needs

• Ensuring clean, safe, and tidy work areas

• Working in both residential and light commercial properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting & general maintenance

• Good knowledge of materials, tools, and trade best practices

• High standard of finish and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Able to work independently or as part of a small team

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Own tools (advantageous but not essential)
