Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with advanced hands‑on photo retouching skills in Adobe Photoshop.
The successful candidate will manage both creative output and the administration that keeps our design library usable, ensuring a well‑organised folder structure and consistent file naming conventions.
The role is hybrid, based at our Antrim office with occasional remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit high‑quality visual assets for digital channels (social media, website, email, marketing collateral).
- Retouch product photography by hand in Photoshop to meet brand standards and provide genuine photo‑manipulation expertise.
- Produce assets consistent with The Present Tree’s visual identity: natural tones, clean layouts, and a premium feel.
- Manage the full lifecycle of design files, including renaming, folder structuring, version control, and documentation of the system.
- Collaborate with marketing and socials teams to interpret briefs and deliver polished work with minimal revisions.
- Resize and adapt existing assets for multiple platforms and formats, providing files in appropriate web and print formats.
- Support Shopify product imagery and general e‑commerce asset creation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent, demonstrable Adobe Photoshop skills – hands‑executed retouching and compositing.
