Premier League Studios' Office Services team is seeking a Workplace Assistant to support the launch and ongoing operations of the Premier League Studios, a new, purpose-built facility opening in Olympia London in April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join the Premier League Studios as we open our new facility and become an integral part of the day-to-day workplace operations and culture of the studio, ensuring a premium guest experience and working environment.

Working closely with the Senior Office Manager and Workplace Manager, the Workplace Assistant will be part of the front of house team, focusing on the reception area and providing a premium guest experience. This role will ensure PL Studios staff, partners, guests and on-screen talent receive a consistently seamless and professional experience that reflects the Premier League Studios brand. This role would ideally suit a capable, hands-on and motivated individual with a passion for creating a positive, welcoming studio culture, delivering high standards and motivated to develop their operations and management skills.

Please note, this role will include weekend work once a month and will be part of a Monday – Sunday rotation shift pattern from 6am-9pm on non-match days and until 1am on match days.

The role:

  • Front of House Workplace Team: Ensure the Reception area is always staffed, monitoring the front door and being aware of upcoming guest arrivals. Ensure all visitors receive a welcoming, professional and premium, streamlined experience. Ensure the reception area is presentable and secure, check-in and access control systems are working and the tea point is stocked. Be the voice of the brand answering internal and external phone calls and emails from the generic email account. Update the reception log and be proactive in organising guest requirements later in the week. Complete effective handovers between Workplace Assistant shifts.
  • Guest Management: Be aware of meeting room bookings, access control passes and any meeting requirements including catering. Welcome guests, offer teas and coffees in reception, alert hosts of arrivals and make sure they are comfortable in the waiting area. Escort guests from Olympia reception to the facility when required. Become familiar with regular guests, noting their preferences and requirements. Provide administrative support to guests where required.
  • Studios Culture: Champion a positive and inclusive work culture where all staff feel valued and comfortable, responding to staff needs, feedback and driving improvements. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility under the Senior Office Manager and Workplace Manager, ensuring it runs efficiently, safely and to the highest standard of service and presentation.
  • Supplies and Logistics: Complete workplace stock audits of consumables and office supplies. Assist with placing restock orders with various suppliers. Assist with placing catering orders for the team and set-up.
  • Team Player: Ensure consistent, clear and concise communication with the rest of the Office Services team. Be proactive. Provide feedback and suggest improvements to operational workflows and the workplace environment.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience working on reception desks in corporate environments.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Hardworking, proactive, professional and eager to learn.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Takes pride in attention to detail and building strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
