Role Description
This is a contract, Bank Trainer role based in Cardiff. The Bank Trainer will deliver engaging basic life support, first aid and clinical training sessions to a range of learners, including workshops, simulations, and skills-based practical sessions. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing lesson plans and training materials
- Adapting content to different experience levels
- Ensuring all teaching aligns with current clinical guidelines and organisational standards
- Assessing learner performance and providing constructive feedback
