Location: Remote - SCOTLAND ONLY
You must have at least six years of management/leadership experience in a business environment, including team management and specialist experience in middle management in at least one of the following areas: operations management, managing change, sales, project management, or construction.
Working within a growing team, your role will support growth and skill development across a diverse group of businesses by delivering business and executive coaching programmes, with the potential opportunity to develop your skills by providing leadership training programmes.
You MUST have previous experience as a business or executive coach. You understand performance management principles and can offer clear, appropriate, balanced and unambiguous advice in your given area of business expertise.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help drive the company's values and philosophy through business coaching, training, and content development activities that are strategically aligned with the organisation's mission and vision.
