You must have at least six years of management/leadership experience in a business environment, including team management and specialist experience in middle management in at least one of the following areas: operations management, managing change, sales, project management, or construction.
Working within a growing team, your role will support growth and skill development across a diverse group of businesses by delivering business and executive coaching programmes, with the potential opportunity to develop your skills by providing leadership training programmes. This position would suit a candidate with recent team leadership experience and a desire to develop others. They will have a dynamic, positive, and engaging personality.
Required Skills:
- You MUST have previous experience as a business or executive coach.
- You MUST be based in central Scotland.
- You are highly credible and build rapport quickly and easily.
- You understand performance management principles and can offer clear, appropriate, balanced and unambiguous advice in your given area of business expertise.
- You have excellent communication skills and can influence outcomes through collaboration, diplomacy and practical reasoning.
